The topics for my sessions include subjects like modern Performance Management Systems, Human Resource Development etc. I utilize research papers and case studies along with interactive exercises such as Structured and Unstructured Interviews and Role-Plays to demonstrate the real-life validity of my discourse.Along with this, I also conduct sessions on improving Communication and Soft-Skills of my students.
