Ranging from established corporates like Reliance Industries to co-founded startups like Spruce and IT consulting companies like BayOne Solutions, servicing clients across the globe. Currently I am a senior technical architect providing advisory services and strategic guidance to engineering teams across multiple domains. My extensive experience includes enterprise-level projects on back-end and front-end technology stacks. I have experience primarily in designing and developing web-based applications on both Java and .NET platforms. I have also developed large-scale data analytics applications on Qlik Business Intelligence platform and executed projects using application integration tools like OpenSpan. Presently I am involved in creating and executing my company's talent evaluation and management strategy using self-created tools, methodologies and processes that I have developed over the last several years.
