Reviews, reports on, and provide recommendations with respect to WSD/representations/reports/appeals received. Interface effectively with all levels of the HR and Zonal HRBPs to coordinate and oversee all the Domestic Enquiry and Disciplinary action activities.  To deal with requests from persons seeking information under RTI and render reasonable assistance to the persons seeking such information. Prepare Para wise comments against the appeal preferred at the Appellate Authority and Central Information Commission. Defend the organization before the CIC.
