Responsibility:-Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment.Hands on experience of working on Applicant tracking system like Job Diva and ceipal.Receiving the requirement from the client assigned by the company.Analyzing the requirement with the responsibilities and skill set.Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates to fulfill current and prospective requirements.Building and maintaining a critical talent pipeline.Preparing the search strings according to the analysis of the requirement.Sourcing profiles through various Job portals (Job Diva, LinkedIn and Monster) and Short-listing profiles based on the specifications of the requirements.Responsible for screening candidates as per requirement.Preparing a detailed assessment sheet customized for each position/profile we hire for.Scheduling Interviews for Candidates and guiding them at the time of interview by providing the information of the client.Scheduling the candidates and placing them for an interview.Following up with candidates post offer until their Joining.

Responsibility:-• Conducted rigorous Quality Control checks on data associated with underground gas pipelines and electricity poles, ensuring accuracy and completeness.• Verified the precision and reliability of spatial data related to gas pipelines and electrical infrastructure, maintaining high standards for data integrity.• Played a pivotal role in the "Spider" project by implementing effective QC processes for underground gas pipelines, electricity poles, transformers, and switches.• Utilized analytical thinking to assess the quality of data and performed thorough checks to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with project specifications.• Successfully mapped underground gas pipelines and electricity poles into ArcGIS, contributing to the creation of a comprehensive and accurate geographic database.• Applied spatial data management techniques to enhance the clarity and precision of GIS maps for underground infrastructure, improving overall project efficiency.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to integrate QC practices seamlessly into the mapping process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality geospatial data.• Demonstrated expertise in digital mapping by accurately representing the spatial relationships of underground gas pipelines and electricity poles within the ArcGIS platform.• Responsible for the monthly reporting of QC results, providing insights into the reliability and accuracy of the geographic database for gas pipelines and electrical components.• Contributed to the successful completion of the "Spider" project by consistently meeting QC standards and delivering reliable data mapped into ArcGIS.

Responsibity:-• Enter posting of purchase, sales, payment, receipt collection & journal voucher.• Verification of bills & reconciliation of total turnover.• Bank, Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.• Maintain cash transaction & petty cash book, preparing cash.• Day to day cash & bank transactions.• Preparing outstanding list of Debtor & making Payment follow-up.• Preparing of Tax invoices, Vouchers & Agency Payment.• GST Return, Income Tax E Return Filling & other government taxes calculation• Maintain salary register in MS-Excel.• Maintain Balance sheet & profit & Loss in tally.
