Roles & Responsibilities: Execution, Testing and Commissioning of Plumbing & Fire Fighting,Chilled Water and Ducting Works Expertise in Pump Room and Final Fix items activities Prepare, Plan and Execute the project installation works as perinstructions from superiors with acceptable quality standards of worksexecuted. Efficiently and effectively leading and overseeing teams of multidiscipline and multi-cultural technicians in the day-to-day activitiesinvolved in completion of projects. Initiate measures to improve methods, equipment performance andquality of work. Interpret policies to assigned personnel and enforce safety regulationsand adherence to proper codes and standards. Maintain records and files, including the approval of attendance ofworkers. Maintain responsibility for the correct stock levels of repair orreplacement parts. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, engineers, and othersconcerning equipment operations or maintenance. Preparation and submission of daily work progress report to Engineer Learn, Train and instruct employees in new methods or procedures. Day to Day monitoring and tracking of executed work to achieve theproject requirement
