Deploy QC processes in multiple locations (Incoming, Process & Outgoing) to ensure processstandardization.ii. Measuring & monitoring the process performance & Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action asper the requirement.iii. Reports to General Manager/ Director all problems related to quality control of plant operations especiallythe non-conformity of raw materials received.iv. Collect & maintain data for monitoring & measuring process performance against defined norms.v. Prepare & publish daily, weekly & monthly reports sharing performances, trends & present conclusion thatcan be acted upon for driving improvements in processes.vi. Conducting process capability studies & monitor all critical processes.vii. Co-ordination with cross functional leads to resolve quality issues.viii. Supporting & consulting of employees in implementing & realizing the processes - both according to the needs of the product & in compliance with statutory requirements.ix. Perform metrics & defects prevention activities.x. Direct key contact for customer complaints in field. Ensuring timely Root cause analysis and CAPAsubmission to customer. Closure of complaint within defined time frame, validating the effectiveness of RCAand CAPA.xi. Giving timely feedback to superiors on deviations observed during manufacturing & packing activities andsuggesting appropriate corrective & preventive actions.
