Experience at CAC Club – HR InternI’ve had the privilege of being part of CAC (Connecting All Circles) Club, Chandigarh University, as an HR Intern. Being involved with such a well-recognized club has allowed me to develop key skills and gain invaluable experience, including:People Management: Coordinating effectively with various teams and facilitating smooth communication.Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting in the talent acquisition process, from shortlisting candidates to ensuring seamless onboarding.Performance Evaluation: Actively participating in evaluating the performance of the core team and helping them improve.Team Collaboration: Working closely with the HR and membership teams to plan and enhance member engagement.Event Support: Assisting with the organization of club events, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and successfully.This internship has provided me with significant professional growth, and I’m excited to continue contributing to CAC’s mission of fostering collaboration and networking among members.
