I am a Heart based mindful holistic business . I live with a long term health condition and am a trained Reiki Master. My big passion lies in the healing properties of food & how energy & vibes can be transferred to food & water . Nature has gifted us a treasure trove of healing spices. I create my own recipes , inspired by my Late mother who was an amazing chef & incorporated Ayurveda in to our lifestyle . I love to share my knowledge with others & I believe that small changes can make big differences & everything begins with the Self. We can only give to others , if we have got it ! I facilitate private & group cookery lessons , workshops & demonstrations to adults & children . I am partnered with Bromley Well and Bromley Mencap. I& have designed bespoke cookery lessons that stimulate all five senses for Bromley Mencap service users with severe physical and learning disabilities. All my lessons incorporate mindfulness & health benefits of ingredients & spices . I have also taught 'Healthy Me' cookery projects with 'Contact a Family', a Lewisham Council initiative . I have developed my own Punjabi-style artisan Garam Masala blend based on a secret family recipe. It's highly aromatic & there is no comparison to what's on the market. I use premium grade ingredients including chunky black cardamom . Of Punjabi descent, I was born in Nairobi, Kenya where my grandparents were running a food business . My working life has taken me on a journey from being a part-time assistant at an Argos Superstore to being a Civil Servant. I have Marketing experience as a Brochures Assistant at Allders Head Office .
