Incident management, Intune, MDM, Change management, creating knowledge based articles,Technical Support, Application Support and IT Operations& ITeS.Presently, I am associated with Ralph Lauren India Pvt. Limited since September, 2021. I have worked in different domains (Fashion Retail, Telecom etc.) and can adapt to the diverse cultural environment very quickly in terms of new language and new technology. I have handled complex projects which involved co-coordinating design and implementation of strategy across teams globally. These enriched my experience and coupled with my education in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from the MAKA University of Technology (Kolkata, India) in 2017, established an unyielding foundation to my career.
