I am a Counseling Psychologist and Psychotherapist. I provide individual and group counsellingregarding career development, academic achievement, social behaviour, and mental andphysical health. I also provide life skills classes on team building, stress management,effective communication, and workload management, and mentor my clients in overcomingtheir fears and motivating them to work on their challenges I'm also a licensed Queer affirmative Therapist and trauma-focused therapist, trained in a variety of psychological therapies and interventions.I'm looking for challenging opportunities to utilise my Counselling and Crisis Intervention skills to help mentally and emotionally troubled people live better lives through instilling positive change. I have always been passionate about learning and growing in the field of Psychology. My goal is to apply my knowledge and skills to break down barriers to mental health and normalise it.
