Enthusiastic researcher with 10 years of expertise in cell and molecular biology, specializing in the field of Cancer Therapeutics, Cancer Immunology and Arthritis.I did my PhD from India on rheumatoid arthritis, then I was a research fellow in Israel. In Israel, I developed professional research expertise in the field of tumor explant culture. Then as a postdoctoral fellow in MD Anderson Cancer Center, USA, I identified potential drug combinations that can be translated from bench to bedside in KRAS mutated colorectal cancer. Then as a Research Investigator in MD Anderson Cancer Center, I have worked on the improvement of CAR NK cells cytotoxicity by epigenetic agents and ventured the molecular mechanisms of NK cells dysfunctionality in patients with AML.
