- Program Director, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Finance for Growth: Conceptualized, designed and leading a unique acceleration program focused on making 250 women entrepreneurs fundraising ready for seed to Series A investments and other types of funding and enable 500 business-women gain better business finance understanding and network access.- Program Director, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women, India - till May 2024: Renewed partnership, re-built and led the country's most prominent business scaling program for women entrepreneurs. 2022 survey shows that women entrepreneurs within 18 months (on average) of completing the program have 4x their revenue, 2x their workforce and 5x their productivity.- Program Director, Swavalambane, - till May 2024: Designed and led the incubation program to build capabilities of 150 rural SHG women entrepreneurs from Karnataka, focusing on increasing their revenue by 15% and creating a replicable model and rural incubation.

Since joining CIIE.CO in 2014, have undertaken multiple roles, few highlights are as below.● Liasioning with stakeholders across the startup ecosystem; government, corporate, accelerators, incubators, startup networks, and cross border partnerships.● Led large scale multi-sectoral, multi-partner entrepreneurship programs such as The Power Of Ideas (twice) and India Innovation Growth Programme 2.0 (thrice).● Led sector focused accelerators in affordable housing, IoT, water innovations; regional accelerators, social accelerator, pitch towns and short programs.● Managed partner programs such as National Bio Entrepreneurship Competition (CCAMP), Agri Udaan (NAARM), Leaders In Fellowship (Royal Academy of Engineers, UK), techXchange (FICCI, UK), Innovate2Cultivate (Marico Innovation Foundation), A-League: student focused multi academic institute initiative in Gujarat (SAP).● Developed proposal for ‘NIDHI - Centre for Excellence’ of INR 50 Cr., CIIE.CO was accorded the same in 2018 by the DST (GoI).● Co-designed, and co-built Innocity, initiative that nurtures early stage startups & active the startup ecosystem in multiple regions in India.● Co-authored ‘Handbook for Non-profit Incubator Managers’ launched by Atal Innovation Mission and GIZ, a helpful tool for the non-profit incubators managers when setting up a new incubation centre.● Managed a team of upto 25 people for large scale programs, including cross functional teams, core team and interns, host organisation teams).

I taught Finance in Master of Social Entrepreneurship (Karnataka University) and was Examination In-Charge & Paper setter for the course. Apart from this, I managed the 80 speaker coordination for the Development Dialogue 2014, annually hosted by Deshpande Foundation, Hubli.

I taught management subjects as part of B. Tech courses with different specializations (West Bengal Technical University) and was also was responsible for evaluating answer scripts at University level.

I taught primarily finance along with other management related subjects for undergraduate and graduate courses under the University of Cambridge, All India Management Association, Sikkim Manipal University, and Punjab Technical University.

I assisted in preparing financial statements and worked on capital budgeting requests for different projects.
