Worked with a high-value e-commerce client handling customer interactions related to inquiries, cancellations, transactions etc. Answer calls professionally from end customers to provide information about products and services. Take/Cancel orders or obtain details of complaints and keep records of customer interactions, transactions and details of inquiries through the in-house CRM tool(Smart Assist 2.0). Closing/Escalating the assigned tickets as per the standard TAT along with follow ups.

Assisting in the preparation of research reports, summaries, and presentations. Helping design and conduct experiments or studies. Performing administrative tasks related to research projects, such as organizing meetings, maintaining records, and managing project timelines. Working with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the research project progresses smoothly.
