I am a young experienced professional pursuing my MBA in the specialization domain of Operations and Supply Chain Management. “Behind every great leader, there was an even greater Logistician”. This quote was explained to me by my Manager when I first started working at VV Shipping & Logistics. This inspired my interests in the world of Logistics.I have worked at VV Shipping & Logistics Pvt. Ltd for a tenure of 8 months as a Logistics Operation Executive, where I was assigned the role of Pricing, and Invoicing Information. Working closely with our Suppliers and Customers to Improve Operations and Reduce Cost. Communicating needs & objectives to managers & key personnel in procurement, logistics & distribution. Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency. Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated. I worked with SAVIC Technologies Pvt Ltd as an Operations Intern. The major role assigned to me is to work by collaborating with different teams and members of the department to ensure the timely completion of the tasks under the expected deadline. Logistics has become a part of my career growth and my time working at VV Shipping & Logistics and during the current tenure of my MBA program, it has helped me understand the importance of Supply Chain and Logistics in a better way than ever.
