Get trained at the same time to understand the nature of work and develop the required skills to excel at work - Candidate engagement: Follow up with the candidate E2E from sourcing through selection. Ensure to convince the candidate in case of any issues in terms of negotiations, interview schedules & timely touch base with the candidates regarding any updates/ changes in their personal situations - Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies - Screening candidates and line up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview and help applicants prepare for the interview - Build good, strong and long standing relationship with the clients
