– Designing, developing, testing, and documenting web components and applications.– Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining, and supporting existing software products.– Supporting higher-level review and testing of software products.– Ability to work effectively, independently, and in a team environment.– Performing other related duties as assigned.– Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.– Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency– Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability

– Drive creation of product vision and product roadmap with stakeholders assistance– Gather, elicit, analyze and document requirements without additional assistance or supervision;– Create BPMN diagrams and other description for various processes and flows– Define functional/non-functional requirements, oversee technical and business constraints, risks and assumptions;– Ensure the team's clear and profound understanding of project requirements, lead requirements grooming;– Be responsible for creating and maintaining related artifacts: project plan, resource plan, risk log, schedule etc.;– Manage scope, schedule, and budget according to the following metrics: gross profit margin, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, cost variance, schedule variance;– Effectively remove impediments and solve problems;– Participate in staffing;

— Collaborate with business, product management, engineering, and other teams to define and own projects and features;— Proactively solve day-to-day challenges and exercises sound judgments;— Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;— Effectively communicate relevant project information to the stakeholders and team;— Route work between all responsible people in all stages of development;— Hold regular status/daily meetings within the team;— Resolve and/or escalate issues promptly;— Monitor scope creep and re-scopes projects if necessary;— Link the company Strategy to the Teams;— Set the direction of the teams that are in line with company strategy;— Nurture team and individual growth (develop, retain, do succession planning);— Recruiting and staffing (make sure developers team has appropriate skills to meet business needs).
