Coached a group of 35 masters-level students. Analysis report was used by Clinical Commissioning Group, to demonstrate clinical benefits of the service and policy advocacy for future implementations across the NHS.

● Designed and conducted qualitative analysis on 144 participants selected for the My Diabetes My Way pilot project, to analyzedata and gain insights into patient expectations and needs from the portal.● Based on the analysis, developed user personas and highlighted scenarios for user interactions with the portal, identifiedbarriers to product use and creative strategies for enhanced user engagement, in order to promote higher adherence rates.● Presented my findings to the NHS Project Lead and other board members, providing a detailed breakdown of the key features, potential barriers to product use, privacy and security concerns and continual support expectations from the diabetes portal. The findings and recommendations of the report were incorporated into the successful development and implementation plan of the online portal, which was a first of its kind for diabetic patients in Scotland.
