As a Program Support Specialist for the Town of Apex, I have a wide variety of tasks including HR liaison, purchasing card reconciliation, bill payment, and scheduling events. I have been in this role since November, 2002 and with the Town of Apex since July, 1998. I have a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of the Rockies and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ashford University.I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating positive customer experiences. I have extensive skills in attention to detail, social networking, problem solving, and effective communication. I am also proficient in various software applications. I have received multiple honors and certifications for my performance, such as the Golden Key Honor Society and the Peak Performer award.
