Diverse experiences as a mental health and inclusion specialist, teacher, trainer, advocate, and coach have afforded me the opportunity to engage with different groups of people and individuals working together to enhance the well-being of children, families, and communities. Through my career in early childhood mental health, family advocacy, and early education, I have been touched by narratives and the importance of engaging in reflective practice - to see that there are many ways of looking at life. I am grateful to the children and families who have taught me to slow down and listen. From my own learning and life journey, I aspire to the work of collective and individual healing. I am committed to understanding the narratives of others, using creativity and play, engaging in mindfulness practices, reflection, and genuinely being with others on their journey. I am committed to supporting and advocating for the healing and growth of individuals, children, families, and diverse communities.
