The different O2A systems only provide a view on cycle time and failure rates for individual order attempts, however any customer episode is likely to consist of multiple orders and assurance tickets post service activation. Hence the customer experience is often worse than what the systems reflect. This program is establishing an automated reporting (Scorecards) on key metric Customer Right First Time (CRFT) to reflect true customer experience. The focus is on two different views – “Customer Experience within 7 days of service activation” and “Customer Experience within 90 days of service activation”. Responsibilities- Defining Episode Logic ( for O2A new and modify), - Defining Customer Right First Time (CRFT) for different products ( standalone and bundles) across different Customer Segments ( Consumers, Business). - Working with Business to define the various CRFT scorecards- Defining CRFT+7 and CRFT +90 for various episodes- Defining the scope for various streams. - Defining the processing layers / architecture of the Scorecard generation. - Detailing the User stories/requirements during the analysis and construction phase.

Business Requirement Analysis, NBN program aims to make the Telstra systems (both OSS and BSS) capable/ future ready to be able use services provided by NBN Co. Business O2A stream will focus on the Business customers (not consumers). As part of the O2A stream, the focus of the Business Analysis team is to outline the different process flows like Order Capture, Pre-Provisioning (Service Qualification), Fulfilment or Service activation, Service assurance and Billing. Responsibilities- Lead BA for Business Complex Products (IPVPN, IP Telephony) and Simplex Products (Data, Voice) over NBN access. - Creation of Sequence Diagrams, Context Diagrams and System Requirements.- Creation of E2E business process flows both as-is and to-be ( In consultation with Telstra Architects)- Organizing workshops and Liaising with Product manager to understand the product offering and business requirements. Process owners, Network SMEs to understand the ASIS Order Capture, Pre-provisioning/Service Qualification , Provisioning/Fulfillment, Work Force Management, Number/IP address management, activation and Billing process flows and come up with ASIS sequence diagram. - Liaising with O2A Architects, Billing Architects, Network Architects, Process owners to come up with the TOBE sequence flows and process flows. - Conducting workshops for both ASIS and TOBE scenarios. - SR creations and mapping them with BRs. Liaising with BR owners to get a sign off on SRs.- Identification of impacted Telco ABBs.
