Responsibilities:- *Review engineering drawing and specifications and ensure the correctness of transfer of drawing details to ground. BOQ preparation.*Communicating with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed about the progress.*Maintaining Daily Progress report (DPR), Requesting for Inspection (RFI).*Sub-contractor billing quantity checking and approval. *Free Issue Materials (FIM) quantity find out and Procurement in advance.*Prepare a Reconciliation statement and control the wastage of all the materials.*Measurement sheet (client billing) and, BBS prepare. * Estimation of quantities as per drawing.*To maintain the record for the extra work and claim to the client. *Maintaining EI review meetings on weekly basis and following up on site progress.*To monitor safe and proper usage of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).*Maintained & conducted TBT meetings (TOOLBOX TALK) for staff and workers regarding various safety alerts & concerns and contributed to achieving safe man-hours without a lost-time incident (LTI) for the organization
