The Digital Visitation Register, publicly referred to as the Victorian Government QR Code service, is a cross-government collaboration solution implemented to support contact tracing. Citizens used the Service Victoria mobile application to record their attendance at a venue via QR codes displayed in required locations. This check-in data was used for analysis, tracking and monitoring to respond to the spread of COVID-19.• Tactical and strategic planning to address emerging and frequent changes in requirements and priorities • Engaged with cross-government and external stakeholders across business and technology • Mentored the technical and business team in applying Agile principles• Reported to senior executives and cross-government stakeholders and forums

As part of a strategic transformation program, I utilised the Agile Methodology, to manage the design and delivery of product, change and process requirements. This incorporated integration of a SaaS implementation (SalesForce). My responsibilities included: facilitating product roadmap and business requirements, managing delivery engaging business and technical SMEs, risk and issue management, and governance reporting.

Key areas included• Design and delivery of new product developments applying Agile methodology and consumer led design supporting revenue growth and channel expansion.• Leading strategic planning, digitisation and product lifecycle planning with engagement across multiple stakeholders and functional areas • Management of funding requests to senior management providing progress updates tracking return on investment.

I led a team of highly experienced product managers to manage an $86 million portfolio covering data commercialising services. With direct accountability for profit and loss across the portfolio through expanding the product suite, growing the digital channel, and commercialising data products. Responsibilities included strategic product roadmap planning, financial performance tracking, business case development and endorsement, and cross organisational stakeholder engagement.

Product management of the Mobile International Roaming portfolio (revenue value +$450 million) overseeing 30%+ revenue growth and 10%+ cost reduction. As part of this role I managed the full product life-cycle and was responsible for portfolio profitability,

Management of the Mobile Messaging product portfolio with responsibility for life-cycle management, financial reporting and strategic forecasting for the next five year period. Identification and implementation of product enhancements and new developments to create growth across the portfolio, stimulating usage and revenue growth.

Roles included positions at:Telstra. - Product management of high volume, high profile content delivery campaigns ($1 million revenue) ensuring compliance with legislative and industry requirements. - Product Development and life cycle management of CDMA mobile network AGL - Managed team to address revenue recovery and reconciliation across five fuel streams, utilising five billing applications. ANZ Bank- Utilised Agile project methodology to lead proof of concept to identify options and alternatives for establishing temporary and agency banking facilities to reduce setup and ongoing costs by 20 - 30%. Powercor Australia Telecommunications (Powercor Telecom)- Project managed the identification, build and deployment of the corporate systems to support network and business operations as part of the rollout of Powercor’s new data network.Department for Victorian Communities – Community Strengthening and Volunteering. - Managed the evaluation, selection and transition-in of a third party, to support a new youth music program (value $2 million over four years)
