Over the past decade, my work has had a particular emphasis on the profound impact that truly aligned organizations can have in the world.I holds a master's degree in counseling and career development. My toolkit includes experience integrating assessments such as DiSC®, MBTI®, Insights Discovery System®, and Clifton StrengthsFinder™ into her work.
