Suzanne is a licensed clinical social worker who has a private practice in Rockville, Maryland. She received her Master's Degree in Social Work from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. in 1984. Since that time, she has worked in a variety of public and private mental health agencies. Suzanne specializes in treating anxiety and depression in individuals, marriage counseling for couples and in helping individuals resolve painful problems that prevent closeness in relationships. Suzanne also uses Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming (EMDR) in her work to help people who need help resolving traumatic experiences, including post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Suzanne's theoretical training and orientation includes a blending of object relations, family systems, gestalt, IMAGO and EMDR. She is dedicated to promoting the Imago ideals of consciousness, compassion and acceptance in marriage.
