Suzanne Corcoran has over 30+ years in real estate development, hospitality, and marketing. In 2016 she began focusing on hospitality and wellness projects. In this role, she opened the 5,000 sf Beach House Spa at Ocean Edge Resort on Cape Cod.Suzanne is currently developing thermal spas in urban and resort locations, in Alexandria, VA, Washington DC, and Cape Cod, MA. Scandinative's thermal options include vitality pool, salt pool, steam, sauna, cold plunge, and massage under one roof. Suzanne also serves as Vice President for Corcoran Jennison Hospitality Company. Suzanne created the voice/brand aesthetic for Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club on Cape Cod, creating strategies that considered the guest lifestyle, marketplace and business. She executed tone, look and feel for the communities across all touch points. She generated revenue through market solutions utilizing the web, email marketing, and social media, delivering high-quality marketing tools and results. While at Ocean Edge, and to further brand awareness for the resort she opened a boutique resort retail shop.Suzanne spent much of her earlier career in multifamily marketing and development for Corcoran Jennison Companies. In this role, she developed content, creative assets, and resources for property marketing to multi-housing marketing teams. Earlier Suzanne focused on developing the 200,000 square foot Capital Expo Center (now Dulles Expo Center), home to regional trade shows, in Chantilly, VA. She began her career developing and marketing mixed-income housing, including Harbor Point Apartments, a former 1500-unit public housing project in Boston converted to 1283-units of mixed-income housing in partnership with the public housing residents. It was the first public housing project in the United State to be converted to private housing. Suzanne holds an MS from the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and a BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in US Diplomatic History.
