The Federal Forecasting and Budgeting Team complies and reviews budgets for US Federal Units using actual performance, previous budget figures, and estimated revenue to assist in controlling of expenditures to provide for proper financial administration.

Responsible for end to end resource and position management for the global finance organization. Working with finance leads in operating groups, growth platforms and finance leadership to track staffing and cost requirements as it relates to the new finance operating model within our 4,500 positioned-based organization.

Providing Client Financial Management Area Management delivery to the Americas CFM group which consists of North America, Latin America and Canada. Responsible for supporting and managing the Client Financial Management (CFM) service framework and operational processes in area to ensure GAAP compliance, effective service delivery to our clients and efficient operations.

Provided complete project accounting for consulting and outsourcing engagements including new client business deal proposal modeling, project and financial management of engagements representing $15MM - $30MM in fees. Managing client monthly billings of $2MM+ in consulting fees. Managed on-site project office operations, client service delivery and supervised project office staff. Implemented and developed key performance metrics to manage project financial targets. Held lead consultant roles in the Financial Services Industry.
