ICAEW is a world-leading professional accountancy body with an educational portfolio of products available to our members and students around the world. As part of the Global Student Recruitment and Marketing team, we job rotate every 4 years. My activities have included:- Devise, implement and evaluate product-specific marketing campaigns.- Develop and implement student recruitment, engagement, conversion and retention strategies and tactical plans.- I took the lead role in the creation, delivery and budgetary control of integrated marketing campaigns (to multiple internal and external stakeholder groups) for the relaunch of ICAEWs flagship qualification, the ACA.- Redeveloped key sales collateral and digital assets (via external agency and internal resources) across multiple countries to ensure consistency of messaging and to align with company rebrand including full copy-writing, editing and proofing for brochures, web content, digital activities. - Full project management including company research, book publishing and marketing toolkits.- Launch of employability skills portal to help young people to develop work-ready skills.- Over the years, my various roles at ICAEW have also included everything from lead generation, internal training, research, agency management, copywriting, editing, proof-reading, digital, web, print, trouble-shooting projects and launching new qualifications. - I also work with international teams to develop content and collateral that works for those who may not have English as a first language. - Have represented ICAEW as Brand Champion, Intellectual Property Champion and have been awarded achievement certificates in 2007, 2001 and 2017 - all nominated by peers (ICAEW has 700+ staff)

Nestor is a group of health and social care staffing agencies -Annual marketing planning, budgeting and implementation for 4 market leading companies across 140 offices.- Development of local and national campaigns (recruitment, retention, and regeneration) including internal and external communications, collateral, websites, open days, customer forums and events.-Process and planning rationalisation resulting in efficiency saving to the business of £250K.- Research and project implementation for new channels to market, sponsorship development and joint ventures.- Day-to-day management of team of 3 including recruiting, appraisals and development plans.
