• Serve as Region 5 Regional Construction Certification Officer (RCCO). Attended meetings and coordinating with the other RCCOs for the Construction Certification Management, training, policy, and administration. Manage Region 5 portion of the National Construction Certification Database. • Lead and coordination of the National Construction Certification Program (NCCP). Proctor for Oral NCCP exam as well as served in the Panel for the NCCP oral exams, evaluated, reviewed, and gave feedback to examiners with reference materials for improvement. Summarized the Oral Exam from each examiner for the Regional Engineer to review and signed off on them. Prepared and signed the National Construction Certificate for those that passed the oral exams.• Organized, setup, and participated in the 16-Hour NCCP Training including vetting out those that are qualified to take this training, coordination with trainers, tracking students’ progress and their homework assignments, prepared and handed out certificate of completion.• Serve in the National Building User Board and bridging the information provided between the National Meeting down to the Forest for implementation.• Serve and participate in overall Region 5 Program Management coordination of projects in Bridges, Facilities, Environmental, Fleet, Transportation, etc.• Management and served as Bridge Team Leader and safety field inspection of bridges.
