Responsibilities include functioning as a Steady State Project Manager for Strategic Outsourced customers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:• Oversee updates to and manage exercises of the customer’s disaster recovery plans. • Manages day to day DR tasks.• Manage steady state services, including maintenance, enhancement, and testing of DR plans.• Maintain disaster process and documentation (DR Plan).• Conduct scheduled Disaster Recovery Plan reviews with the customer.• Maintain any customer third party DR provider’s contracts.• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery exercises.• Develop a Disaster Recovery Test Plan for each test.• Mutually define the scope and success criteria for each test.• Assign resources to recover the existing Disaster Recovery solution.• Develop a Disaster Recovery Post Test Review Plan for each test.• Participate in the change management process so that any production changes include updates as appropriate to DR plans, services and procedures.• Execute Disaster Declaration.• Focal point for all teams (BCRS, IBM Crisis Management Team, IBM Recovery Team, Customer Contingency Planning Coordinator).• Assign resources to recover the existing Disaster Recovery solution.• Focal point for the move back to primary data center after facilities or mutually agreed upon alternate site is ready.
