Worked on a kernel-level host driver supporting transportation between compute host and storage backend for premium storage Azure VMs.This was my first full-time role as a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Computer Systems. I left to pursue new opportunities in the startup space, wanting the chance to pivot and work on projects that felt more meaningful to me.

- Part of a teaching team for Code in Place, offered by Stanford during the COVID-19 pandemic, with. 10,000 global students and 900 volunteer teachers participating from around the world- Prepared and taught weekly discussion section of 10-12 students to supplement professors’ lectures in a 5-week introductory online Python programming course based on material from the first half of Stanford’s introductory programming course, CS106A

- Worked on an AWS team to prototype technical solutions to assist existing traditional monolithic architecture migration to serverless- Researched customer use cases to motivate architectural design and workflow- Utilized AWS tools and services suchas Lambda, APIGateway, S3, and DynamoDB

- Developed and presented a 12-month marketing plan catered to the interests of community members prior to opening of new restaurant branch in a team of local high school and university students led by the branch GM - Conducted a survey of over 100 local high school students to determine popular menu items, preferred hours, and other potential restaurant ideas- Collaborated with local high school event coordinators to set up booths and giveaways to establish a community presence prior to opening.

Summer high school intern through the Academy of Science and Engineering (ASE) program. - Collected qualitative and quantitative data for threatened/endangered native plant species in various locations throughout Oregon- Cataloged data collected into Excel to compare with data from previous years and observe trends - Put together the summer's research in a presentation for the ASE symposium.
