I did my final master project in collaboration with DZB Leiden, a reintegration company of the municipality of Leiden. The result was ‘Sailors in Motion: A persuasive game to stimulate physical exercise among employees with low socio-economic status’. I worked closely together with the target group and tested many small scale interactions of the game with the employees of DZB. I was able to discover the motivations and needs of my target group and translate these to game elements. The aim of the game is to put people into motion by searching and hiding boats throughout the company.

UniPartners Eindhoven is an innovative non-profit student consultancy company, which facilitates collaboration between students and organizations. On the one hand, UniPartners give these students the opportunity to gain practical work experience; the job is on project basis and directly related to their major field of study. On the other hand UniPartners makes up-to-date academic knowledge available for companies and provides them with a fresh set of eyes for their particular business challenges. As full-time board members of UniPartners Eindhoven we are responsible for running the business, acquisition and project management. As the Public Relations Manager of UniPartners Eindhoven I am responsible for the brand awareness of UniPartners Eindhoven with both students and companies. With creative activities I try to let UniPartners stand out. I am responsible for the social media channels and I organize UP 2 Consultancy, an event where students get the opportunity to meet interesting consultancy companies.

31Volts is a Service Design agency. The field of expertise is design driven innovation which is applied to new service development and service innovation. Their mission is design services that are meaningful for users and profitable for organisations.As Intern I got to experience what is is like to work in a company. My main activity was to develop a movie about Customer Journey Mapping (see link). This Internship taught me how to be creative and I found out which methods can be useful to organize data.

During this committee I designed and developed a book of 300 pages. During this time I mainly developed my InDesign skills.
