I am a Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist (UKCP accredited and BACP member). I see clients privately in London N4 and W2, and also offer sessions on-line. I have been in private practice for seven years. I am compassionate, dedicated and reliable, creating safety for my clients. I am highly intuitive and work from the heart, guided by my clients' needs. The wonders and mysteries of the psyche intrigue and move me. I have profound respect for each person's uniqueness and we work together to explore what is drawing your attention. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space to explore and to express yourself in a way that is rarely possible with friends, partners or family. Through this work, difficult though it may be at times, it is possible to create the change you desire and to (re)discover a way to live freely, fully and powerfully.I supervise students at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education.I have also offered support, counselling and therapy at Help Counseling Centre, The Caravan at St. James, Maytree (a sanctuary for people in suicidal crisis) and the Stress Project.Service has always been central to my ethos. Before becoming a psychotherapist I worked in third sector organisations, local and regional government, for the most part establishing and leading innovative ventures, programmes or projects.
