I act as the primary resource for a diverse group of clients and consultants. My job responsibilities include analyzing plan data and industry trends, facilitating stewardship and strategy meetings, providing regular plan updates, addressing and resolving account issues, and serving as a group insurance expert. My goal is to build and maintain long-term relationships by partnering with clients and consultants, and to identify and recommend solutions and enhancements in plan design, products, services, marketing and technology.I strive to continuously improve the customer experience, ensuring we consistently exceed expectations.
