As Director, Employee Benefits I am a member of the Leadership Team and lead the administration, implementation and vendor management of the health and welfare and retirement plans for Farm Credit Foundations participating employers. My team includes the Benefits Supervisor and retirement team members who are responsible for the implementation.

As the Benefits Manager and part of the Leadership Team my team is responsible to manage and implement the administration of health and welfare and retirement plans for 36 Farm Credit employers with over 10,000 employees. The Benefits Team provides employees advocacy when engaging our plans, consistent and clear communications as well as ensuring.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of a competitive benefit package that allows our organization to secure and maintain employee engagement as well as recruit the best candidates.I currently manage the following programs at Ameriprise Financial:Life Insurance & LTDBest DoctorsHealth and Dependent Care Spending AccountsEmployee Assistance.

As a Benefit Consultant I worked with our Service Delivery department and benefit vendors to ensure our benefit programs were administered in a compliant manner according to our plan documents.

I managed a team of 12 employees in the Benefit and Payroll call center which was responsible for the resolution of employee needs. I was also responsible for the team that did all quality monitoring for both the MN and AZ call centers.
