Trainer in Community Pharmacy, Retail (all levels), Certificate IV Business Frontline Management, Hospitality, Diploma of Management, Diploma of Training and Assessment, Certificate III Business Administration, Certificate IV Business Administration, Certificate III Business, Customer Contact and Automotive Sales.Key Responsibilities: • Deliver training and assessment services as described in the relevant delivery and assessment strategy.• Ensuring that all training and assessment activity is completed according to the AQTF standards and Victorian Government guidelines.• Provide reports on future and past training activities.• Record and process enrolments, completions and terminations in the required timeframes.• Assist in the development of training packages including skills recognition, learning and assessment materials that aligns with national training packages and clients’ needs.• Keep up professional development and vocational competencies in those areas where training is delivered.• Consistently meet KPI’s and trainee completion within timeframes.
