In my current role as PA for London Schools Consultancy, I work with the Director on a daily basis in all aspects to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business, liaising with clients (including internationals) tutors, schools, arrange meetings, travel, assessments, invoicing/payments, and have developed and set up new finance, guidance and monitoring systems within the company.Previously I worked for The London Borough of Tower Hamlets for over 22 years working in a number of teams across Children’s, Schools and Families. In my last post as Office & Finance Manager I had management admin and lead finance responsibilities for teams in the Service A dedicated and highly motivated Office Manager with an extremely successful career and extensive knowledge in Local Government. Experienced in managing comprehensive and effective finance, information and administrative services in order to maximise efficiency of the team & service delivery.I have excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships, and a great sense of humour. I enjoy being part of, as well as managing, motivating and training a successful team, and thrive in highly pressurised and challenging working environments. I provide a high quality of work and performance in all aspects of my role using my own initiative; work unsupervised, able to recognise objectives and prioritise accordingly to meet strict deadlines.I apply a high degree of tact, sensitivity, diplomacy and confidentiality across the service whilst dealing with schools and internal/external agencies.
