Campaign’s Media360 brings together the greatest minds across the entire media landscape to network and tackle the biggest challenges facing the industry. The audience of 350+ consists of 50% advertisers and an overall seniority of 85% Director level and above.I produced three editions of Media360. The 2018 event was the most successful in its 15 year history. Responsibilities have included:★ Recruitment and management of an advisory board of senior (C-suite) industry figures ★ Research with the markets and the editorial team to form a cutting-edge agenda★ Acquiring and managing over 60 speakers for a diverse multi-stream programme of keynotes, panels and interview sessions★ Working closely with the commercial team throughout to fully monetise the event, including attending client meetings, creating sponsorship packages and delivering over 16 sponsor contracts★ Securing and managing partnerships with major industry associations and organisations★ Working closely with delegate sales team to exceed revenue targets★ Working closely with marketing team on branding and messaging throughout the event ★ Managing and overseeing event operations including venue, AV and entertainment

Euro Petroleum Consultants (EPC) is a leading independent consulting and conference company for the downstream oil, gas & petrochemical sectors. I joined Euro Petroleum Consultants in 2001 and by 2005 had been promoted to Head of Events, responsible for overseeing the company's entire portfolio of conferences and managing a growing team of staff. Following EPC’s expansion, I became MD, Europe & Asia in 2013. During my time at EPC I produced and directed over 100 profitable conferences, seminars and gala dinners, substantially increased sales revenue and managed dozens of internal staff and external suppliers including AV specialists, DMCs, caterers and entertainers.Key Achievements:★ Grew a major client account by 100% in less than five years ★ Rebranded and grew the “International Downstream Technology Conference” into one of the most respected events in the industry and increased its turnover by 25% in one year.★ Created the groundbreaking event “China Downstream” in Tianjin 2011 - the first western event to be held with a Chinese oil & gas association, attended by 600 delegates. ★ Launched “ASIA-TECH” in 2012 which attracted an audience of 70% oil & gas operators. The success of ASIA-TECH 2013, 2014 and 2015 firmly established the event as the leading downstream event for the region.★ Successfully re-launched and increased the turnover of “International BBTC” in 2006 - at the time of writing, this event is recognised as the industry standard for excellence and the singularly most important residue-upgrading conference worldwide.

As Head of Events I was responsible for the production of 12+ technology and business conferences per year and worked closely with sponsors, exhibitors and speakers to ensure timely, informative programmes and perfect event execution.
