Advised the Royal HaskoningDHV Mobility & Infrastructure business (traffic management, roads & highways, tunnels & underground structures, regional development & stakeholder management) in Business-to-Business communications and marketing activities, in order to strengthen the market/client approach. This also includes marcom strategy, campaigns, strategic messaging, internal communications advise and coordination of marketingcommunications activities (marketing material, rebranding into monolitic brand, roll-out new corporate identity etc.).

Nijmegen/Rotterdam

Advised the Royal Haskoning Industry, Energy and Mining business in B2B communications and marketing activities, in order to strengthen the market/client approach. This also includes marcom strategy, internal and external communications and coordination of marketing applications. I was part of the Integration Team for the merger of Royal Haskoning and DHV.

Nijmegen

Advised the Board of Management and the business of external communication management and media relations. As a spokesperson I am responsible for the protection and enhancement of Royal Haskoning’s reputation through building up media relations, including issues management. I coordinate and execute the external communications for the transition. I am also responsible for the external communications of the new positioning and corporate identity. I coordinated the Financial Annual report, CSR report and Social report.

Arnhem/Den Bosch/Eindhoven

Police Force Gelderland-Midden: Coordinated an internal branding campaign to change the culture and improve the positioning of the police corps, including core values, a corporate story and management meetings. Integrated the new strategy of the corps in the internal communications to improve cooperation, (interal and external) safety and ambition amongst all employees.Province of Noord-Brabant: I worked at the ‘Provincie Noord-Brabant’ as an management team advisor. I gave advice and support to the Information Management team in general management and communication matters, e.g. during a reorganization.

Boxmeer

I advised (board) management and employees of Intervet International B.V. (part of Akzo Nobel) about external communication management and media relations. As a spokesperson I was responsible for the protection and enhancement of Intervet’s reputation through building up media relations, including issues management, being a spokesperson for the IPO of Organon BioSciences (Intervet and Organon), intended sale and quarterly/annual results.

Advised senior management of the brigade at strategic level in communication management and media relations. Coordinated and ensured the execution of the strategic communication plans and projects, e.g. during a reorganization and a rebranding campaign. Supervised the editorial office. In Bosnia I worked at the multinational headquarters in close collaboration with our NATO partners (6 months) and in Norway during the NATO Response Force (3 months).
