For Le Olive I am responsible for effective Marketing campaigns both online and offline and supporting our business priorities. Our Marketing team consist of 6 driven marketers, with whom I work daily to take all our marketing assets to a higher level. Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Product Development, Design, Shop Management, E-mail Marketing and Digital Marketing are the Marketing disciplines which I direct.All driven by me are; managing deadlines of campaign and products launches within our Marketing planning. Setting up content & campaign shoots. Improve the customer journey, grow and website quality. Responsible for our advertising strategy, social media and PR campaigns and publications. Organizing events and monitoring and managing our Marketing budgets as well as setting up our E-mail Marketing strategy and Managing all online Marketing collaborations with external agencies. Marketing in the broadest sense of the word are the challenges that I take on with enthusiasm every day!

Responsible for the online campaigns at Solar Netherlands and Project Lead for the Global strategy. Accountable for the rollout of online product marketing and online supplier campaigns. I plan, execute and follow-up on activities that drives optimization of the digital journey and online conversion. My responsibility is to develop relevant, personalized and selling content for online channels, with the aim of maximizing online sales. I create omni-channel strategies with customer journeys over several customer touch points. Within my organization I ensure digital customer experience and online conversion is represented, as a cornerstone in marketing projects and activities!

For Solar Netherlands I am responsible for all online marketing activities. I am lead in drawing up online strategies and link the right website optimizations to achieve the best conversions and relevant traffic through SEO, Social Media, SEA and Display Advertising. For our marketing projects, I focus on an omni-channel approach. Email marketing and offline marketing tools work together to achieve the best results for a campaign. In this role, I am data-driven and work with, among others, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to optimize and develop the best marketing campaigns. In addition, I am responsible for web development and design where the customer journey and personalization are key

Proactive secretarial support for the commercial directors where an ad-hoc setting and planning competitions are key. Keep CRM database up to date, organizing and taking minutes of meetings. Monitoring and guiding the internal flow. Commercial and administrative communications to customers. Support for the Marketing department, for example by providing customer incentives, the administrative handling of marketing campaigns and the organization of trade fairs.

Project-based thinking and improvising are daily activities. I am responsible for handling incoming and outgoing communications and calendar management for the Commercial, Marketing and Merchandise Managers. Scheduling, preparing and taking minutes of meetings is part of this, but also being point of contact for guests. Administration and archiving of documents such as quotations, invoices, contracts etc. For the Merchandise department I am responsible for processing all purchase orders from our Retailers and the Ajax Fanshop, and I am their point of contact. Stock Management and the delivery of products are also my responsibility, for which I have close contact with our distributor.
