- Review ~2,000 franchise requests for office relocations, office closures and new office requests. To include leading franchise regional conference calls, documenting all requests, analyzing and creating recommendations for leadership review and track subsequent approvals/denials - Provide real estate reviews and recommendations to field leadership. Reviews include researching and recording client flow feasibility, territory encroachment reviews and probability of client loss- Work closely with the Franchise Contract Center and A&D teams to manage office transfers and closures- Provide weekly updates to field and A&D leadership regarding potential Company Buy Back transactions- Responsible for managing the Brand Office Standards Program. To include consistent communication with external vendors, franchisees, and field leadership. Provide weekly reporting to key internal partners - Responsible for deploying and managing the Franchisor Survey. Work closely with external vendors on a consistent basis to ensure successful implementation and execution to franchise network
