I manage our Coach the Coach program and our professional development for our global coaching community. The work is fast paced, deadline driven, and highly impactful in nature. I'm able to work and collaborate across the globe, with large scale, high dollar and volume projects with finesse and confidence. My team region won Region of the Year Globally, 2016 and again in 2018!Prior roles at LHH involved coaching executives in transition to achieve their individual desired outcomes, delivering workshops, and facilitating group training events. Serve on the Board of Directors for the San Antonio chapter of the Texas Diversity Council. The mission of the Diversity Council is to enhance appreciation for and understanding of the value of Diversity and Inclusion through fostering a learning environment for organizations to grow in their knowledge of diversity.

CAI is a non-profit employers’ association serving North Carolina, providing 1,200 member companies with management information, day-to-day guidance, training and Human Resources Services. I specialized in providing solutions based project work for member companies in sourcing/staffing, policy development, job analysis/ classification/descriptions, Employee Handbooks, training, HR audits, terminations, and Employee Relations. My work involved partnering with all different industries and levels of employees.Key Accomplishments:· Conduct training in Behavioral Based Interviewing, Sourcing, and Social Media Recruitment. · Investigate harassment claims, interview complainants and witnesses, Recommend course of action.· Create Customized Employee Handbooks and Policies.· Serve as temporary HR Manager for clients’ short term needs. · Conduct HR department audits and recommend changes for improvements and compliance.· Conduct Employee Opinion Surveys.

Independent HR Consultant. I worked with companies on various projects such as recruiting/hiring, establishing benefits programs, compensation analysis, Employee Handbooks and policy setting.· Sourced and identified candidates for contract and full time positions. Maintained active database of candidates and resumes for job matching and future sourcing.· Assisted start-up company in developing comprehensive benefit package, recruitment of staff, Employee Handbook, and Policy Manual.

Reporting directly to the President, I had sole responsibility for entire Human Resources function including recruitment, policies and procedures, employee handbook, compensation and benefits, employee relations, EEO/affirmative action and HRIS.
