• Led project to consolidate all existing and new payroll interface (PI) from ALL regions in Lucent (APAC and China, EMEA, CALA, Canada and US) into one single architecture using PeopleSoft 8 Payroll Interface module.
• Successfully designed an end-to-end solution to meet Lucent's needs of retroactive/non-retroactive and daily payroll interface processes using PeopleSoft 8 Payroll Interface.
• Successfully automated payroll interfaces in 15 countries, accounting for approximately 6000 employees' payroll; achieving at least 480 man hours time savings per month.
• Strategically designed 18 payroll reports to meet Lucent's global requirements.
• Led various web application development and implementations to automate HR manual processes, hence lowering HR administration costs.
