To increase engagement of Tourism, Travel and Museum workplaces by assisting with developing their training capability needs through effective ServiceIQ brokered or on job training qualification solutions. Develop relationships with industry associations and key stakeholders, provide coaching and support to Sector Advisors in my team. Forecasting, business planning and engagement strategies are a big part of the role also.

Key account management for multi-sited national companies, advising and integrating their in-house training with our national qualifications. Also business development is a key part of the role, building the client base and getting them onboard with upskilling their staff to nationally recognised standards.

Took all incoming calls for Servicing of Commercial Laundry and Floor cleaning equipment. Logged jobs, rostered technicians to attend jobs, ordered parts if required, liaised with contractors. Did all invoicing and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Trained through Servilles Academy, graduated with Top Honours, and achieved a Diploma in Hairdressing. Following that I worked at their Milford Salon for the next 12 months before leaving on Maternity Leave. From 1999 onwards, I ran my own small salon at home, managing client appointments around my children. This only ended as we moved suburbs, and it was time for a change.
