From a business prospective I was responsible for overseeing and guiding strategic work streams that impact Barclays digital platforms, particularly Digital Journey Controls. This involved creating programme structure and documentation to aid visibility for stakeholders, awareness of risks and ensure a successful implementation. Created and cascaded Lean.

As a Senior Proposition Manager in the Vulnerability Team at Barclays, I was dedicated to promoting a culture of compliance, risk management, and collaboration. My focus on aligning regulatory requirements with our internal processes has not only contributed to Barclays ongoing success but has also reinforced the commitment to serving customers responsibly.

Responsible for creating the business case for Digital Payments. This involved analysing data, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and providing outputs in a timely manner to hit deadlines

Led a regulatory program (PECR) that carried substantial financial implications, with potential fines amounting to £850 million for compliance breaches. Objective was to ensure compliance across all digital channels, particularly concerning the use of cookie and cookie-like technology, giving customers explicit control over their data. Managed all aspects.

• Ownership for the delivery of automation projects to aid the business strategy. This included devising business cases.
• Overseeing technical delivery teams, including release management, build and test.
• Inputted into the Continuous improvement agenda to ensure ongoing customer, commercial and cost improvements are delivered.
• Devised and delivering a solution that with be deployed into over 5 business areas both on and offshore, around 1700 Branches which will be circa 8500 users.
• Next phases include digital channels both Online and Mobile banking. Devising user stories, wireframes and collaboratively working with the digital product owner.
• Prioritising the operational backlog.

• Managed a portfolio of 30+ projects.
• Was responsible for change accepting a department of over 750 colleagues.
• Worked as a gatekeeper between project and operation to ensure business implementation was effective and any impact was reduced or mitigated.
• Shaped requirements and reviewed technical and business operating models.
• Projects were strategic and regulatory changes, such as the Mortgage Market Review ( MMR) and liaising with the digital team to bring mortgages onto this platform
• Updated stakeholders regularly on status of the projects and any potential impacts.
