I advise clients on their legal & business affairs (both contentious and non-contentious). I have substantial experience in complex multijurisdictional disputes, contentious trusts, civil fraud claims, director/shareholder claims and general contractual disputes across a range of sectors. In the field of intellectual property, I advise on trade marks, passing off, design right and copyright disputes and I also have experience in reputation/privacy issues (both pre and post publication). On the non-contentious side, I advise clients on commercial contracts and IP matters.
