ICAMPS is unique in its approach, combining government support with industry collaboration to offer a comprehensive security platform to support millions of citizens to navigate the digital world safely and securely.The project is currently being operationalized under the Ministry of Home Affairs, specifically within the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Center (I4C).My contribution in ICAMPS1. Conceived and led the ICAMPS initiative, driving its vision to address critical mobile security and privacy issues for Indian citizens.2. Secured government and industry collaboration, aligning stakeholders to support and implement the first-of-its-kind initiative globally.3. Led strategic direction, ensuring the platform integrates cutting-edge security solutions tailored to the needs of millions of citizen smartphone users.4. Steered the project from conception to execution, focusing on long-term sustainability and national impact on citizen mobile cybersecurity.

Initiated the proposal which culminated with issuance of Gazette of India, mandating Indian Language support for Mobile Phones as per 1633(Part 3) in 2016.Involved active collaboration with Government organizations, Cellular Operators, handset manufacturers and media.Strategic role in highlighting the problem of Local Language input on all digital devices to the Govt organisations, Cellular Operators, handset manufacturers and the public. The role also included planning development and updating of the mobile app as also development of prototype apps for Smart TV and Smart Watches.  Manage the budget and achieve targets. Maintaining up-to-date market knowledge. Proactively seek out new opportunities. Analyzing data, numbers and information. Visualizing business change. Developing and identifying new partners. Shaping initiatives through idea generation and also developing proposals. Providing input to support the development of future business road map. Pushing for Government policy on use of Indian Languages on digital devices. Highlight the magnitude of losses that the Industry incurs until the Digital Input in Indian Languages is truly enabled.
