This is the strategic engagement to perform the architecture assessment for the retained wealth portfolio (primarily General Insurance) post divestment of Wealth businesses including Life Insurance and P&I. I am responsible to asses the current state architecture and define target state by considering the options such as Like for like, migrate to the existing enterprise landscape and align with the strategic roadmap. The proposed target solution covers the complaint portal on Salesforce, java based microservices to deploy on GCP as docker containers with kubernetes, integration using Mulesoft and Kafka/API Connect, Cloud SQL, Cloud Functions and any other relevant component on GCP.

Using Openshift, Docker, microservices, define the containerisation strategy and deploy one microservice as part of the POC.

This is very strategic initiative to help the Digital business by providing the solution architecture and roadmap for the particular initiative and then expand further to cover the entire ecosystem with all the brands. Current engagement is to define the cloud based solution on AWS with pre-existing products like AEM, Hybris etc. along with the integration with 3rd party platform to manage the tasks submitted by the customers on the Dulux portal.

we are desining the end to end solution for Enterprise IOT Suite and Advanced Analytics primarily for Digital Water Meters and Sensors. this will be world's second initiative of its kind. working as Digital Architect Consultant to implement the local docker environment for the digital platform to support NPP program using Agile delivery . This helps the team to run the entire project within the local macbook. List of activities are:1. Setting up the toolbox neccessary for the dockerized environment. Those tools are ruby, wget, homebrew, SSL certificates, http proxy setup, npm for node.js, gradle, grunt and grunt-cli etc.2. Install the docker tool and configure to connect to local artifactory3. setup the support services like oracle, ldap, activemq, redis and nginx etc.4. Setup the backend services like arrangement service, customer service, party service, uam service and simulator etc using Webshpere Liberty profile.5. Setup the UI project on nginx and update the rewrite rules with simulator wherever stubbing is required.6. WE have done the proof of concept of JBPM Product implementation to run two end to end use cases. POC was done by installing JBOSS EAP 6.4, Red Hat jBOSS BPM suite 6.3, JBOSS BRMS/Drools, SOAPUI mock services, MySQL and H2 (default) database. Use case was primarily to do the negative check for the SIBS and Carlink. Development was done on Windows, QA one Red Hat Linux and POC server is on IBM AIX. We have successfully configured and deploye the artifacts using Business Central. We are also planning to deploy this in AWS cloud.

Worked as Solution Architect for the Digital Lending project and performed the following activities:1. Analysed the requirement based on the wireframes for the Mobile App to be delivered on iOS and Android devices.2. Conceptualised the solution context for the Digital Lending platform3. Did workshop to understand the end to end process for the Speedy Loan, Speedy Cash, Credit Card and referral process for the Home Loan and Car Loan (referral)4. PROJECT: PODS IMPLEMENTATION; ROLE: JAVA ARCHITECT; CLIENT: MICHELIN, USA 1. PODS automatically updates the content across the web when content is changes on tire detail page of corresponding brand site. 2. PODS could be invoked from variety of options like link embedded into existing product image, direct link featured in a blog, etc. Created the high level estimation sheet as per the requirement.3. Proposed three solution options as Tactical (Prototyping v/s Pilot) and Strategic solution (Core Platform solution) with the appropriate solution architecture. 4. Prototyping was to reuse the Tire Details from the PC was to be cloned. Pilot was to reuse the Syndication design with Team Site editing capabilities and to reuse the existing platform code.5. Setting up the Service Oriented Enterprise Architecture for the Genpact to cover primarily HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing business functions. Running two tracks in parallel, first one is EA track and other as SOA track. As part of EA track, establishing the EA team, Governance body, TOGAF adoption and guidance as well as review of the EA Transformation activities. As part of SOA track, I am defining the SOA Reference Architecture for the Genpact. Participated in few project related architecture and design reviews.

The Terms of Reference (ToR) provided for an improved Cost Accounting systems for train, section, route costing and related profitability analysis for informed. Key activities were:1.
