In this assignment, I primarily had a reviewing and advisory task to deliver a recommendation for an existing business opportunity.The main study examined the possibility for Manpowergroup Talent Solutions to act as an administrative contractor in the construction process in a joint partnership. The inquiry focused on risk analysis and contractual feasibility. But also the conditions for implementing a complete Talent Solution portfolio for the customer were examined. In addition to this, I had an advisory role for ongoing MSP implementation for another ManpowerGroup customer.

VMS – Implementation of SAP Fieldglass (2020)Sourcing Transformation – Preparation for VMS Implementation (2018-2020)I had multiple roles as a Category / Sourcing manager at Mycronic´'s strategic sourcing. My assignment was to completely transform the consulting sourcing logically, strategically, and digitally. When I took office the Consultant Category was in bad condition so there was a great deal to accomplish. I had to start from the bottom. All preparations aimed to implement a VMS system at Mycronic. By carefully create and implement a new strategy and category plan where standardization, simplification and streamlining was the common keywords for all activities. Starting with an Internal transformation by creating and implementing coherent policy, process and method definitions and then fully operationalize the changes. And then continue with an External transformation by performing new supplier qualification and consolidation as well as new / renegotiating of all agreements to be prepared for VMS implementation.I also conducted the procurement of the VMS system, the RFX process, qualifications, and the selection of SAP Fieldglass in competition with Beeline.When all activities were achieved and completed it was time for implementation. I had multiple roles in the project was the main driver for the digital transformation into the VMS platform (SAP Fieldglass). The successful implementation was completed in 15 weeks and was only possible due to all preparations and all change management buy in done during the period.

Sourcing Manager for Telia's Resource Consultants and Responsible for the Supplier Base.In addition to sourcing manager responsibilities, I continue in the group project (see below) to conduct structural development of Telia's consultancy purchase. I designed new and operational category plan for all consultant categories as well as a new and index-adjusted pricing model. I also developed a plan for radical cost reduction by significantly reducing the supplier base while increasing competition and supply.

Project leader in a group project to develop and implement a new and integrated group process to fully connect HR and Purchasing (for consultancy purchases). The aim was to create comparable cost-monitoring of both employees and consultants as well as the conditions for global policy-based labor planning. Also developed group-wide prerequisites of requirements and definitions for all variants of consultancy purchases.In addition to a simpler and more efficient process, the project also produced compliance with current purchasing and security policies throughout the process for the first time.Prior to the project, I assured that correct price, discount and savings for Telia's technical consultants were implemented by consolidating and standardizing multiple pricing models to one model and then negotiated new agreements with the suppliers.Carried out outsourcing of the CSS function (see below) to Infosys, Poland and responsible for instructions and process definitions, training and certification.
