As a Software Developer at Plejd, I have had the opportunity to work on optimizing internal workflows by designing and developing solutions that focus on enhancing productivity and user experience. I have had the privilege of working with colleagues on various projects and learning from their expertise, and sharing my own knowledge to create an effective and enjoyable working environment.One of my significant contributions at Plejd has been the development of an internal learning management system that aimed to simplify both the teaching and learning processes of all employees. Working within a small team, I helped create an intuitive interface that integrated our existing tools such as Slack and Google Calendar seamlessly.I have also been fortunate to be part of a small team at Plejd that focused on improving the efficiency of the Quality Assurance department by designing a user-friendly data analysis tool. This tool replaced an older proprietary system and was widely appreciated within the company, leading to a more productive working environment.Throughout my time at Plejd, I have aimed to contribute meaningfully to the workplace by leveraging the diverse skill set I have acquired in technologies such as Docker, Python, TypeScript, MongoDB, and React.

As a part-time Salesforce Developer at Glimt, I had the chance to support the optimization of client workflows by designing and developing customized solutions that aimed to improve productivity and user experience. Primarily stepping in during periods of increased workload, I collaborated with my colleagues to provide valuable support, enabling the team to address and fulfill customer requirements more effectively during these high-demand times.One significant project I worked on at Glimt involved the creation of an automation solution for a client, which simplified their support request process on the Salesforce platform. This automated system not only increased the client's efficiency but also minimized manual tasks, leading to better support experiences for their end-users and positively impacting their overall operations.Although I worked primarily independently at Glimt, I was guided by the clear objectives set by my colleagues. This allowed me to apply my Salesforce, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to create solutions for our clients with a focus on functionality and usability.
