Detail-oriented, strategic thinker who manages all of the technical operations that underlie the Boston office's work efficiency and delivery success. I am the first point of contact for all IT-related matters. I work directly with all staff members and interface with firm leadership. I engage with other members of the IT group globally as needed for collaborative support. My career experience includes extensive hands-on use of BIM and CAD applications, both AutoDesk and Bentley products (AutoCAD, ADT, Revit, MicroStation, Triforma, Bentley Architecture, Parametric Cell Studio, ProjectWise). Via Jira, I support design staff who use these applications, as well as Sketchup, Rhino, VRay, Enscape, Ideate and Unifi. In addition, I manage technical resource allocation, provide desktop support to all Boston staff, troubleshoot and manage Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, application/license servers, hardware upgrades, computer imaging, and component-level hardware maintenance. I also perform infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting, working directly with our global infrastructure team. I manage business relationships among our overlapping internal groups as needed to reach our objectives. Technical analysis, communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving are primary strengths; I am precise, well-spoken and very thorough. I have excellent negotiation skills and the proven ability to navigate our office team into high technical performance, yielding successful business outcomes.
