-Provide desktop support for staff of 70: Windows 10, Citrix, MS Office, Adobe, design software.-Provide video conferencing/on-site conference room support.-Administer Active Directory (AD) for NBBJ Boston office.-Image/re-image computers; customize hardware, software, and settings per user type.-Perform audio recording and editing, multimedia editing for presentations.-Advise Boston office staff on best practices re: hardware, software, backups, remote connectivity, work efficiency, etc.-Troubleshoot and repair/replace computer hardware at the component level: drives, memory, graphics card, motherboard, etc.-Perform server room hardware upgrades and configuration under guidance of Network Engineer.-Provide deeper application support for staff working in Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, MicroStation/Triforma/Bentley Architecture, Rhino, Sketchup, Bluebeam.-Perform client-/system-side support for staff working in ProjectWise, including customization of Bentley application integration. Act as ProjectWise Administrator.-Pioneer the use of customized parametric Families in Revit, with special focus on code compliance. Created the first-of-its-kind parametric room template to increase efficiency and eliminate errors.

Established BPM Productions as a Mobile DJ Entertainment Company in 1996. Since that time, I have expanded the line of services offered to include: on-site contractual DJ and lighting services (multiple appearances at the same venue), mobile VJ (music video mixing) services, small-scale studio recording, mixing, remixing, and post-production, and on-site recording services. To effectively support these additional services, I performed research, design, and fabrication to craft a completely mobile audio, video, and lighting system as well as a fixed-location project recording studio. My expert knowledge of acoustic design principles, audio production, music, and equipment specifications informed my business decisions throughout the process.

Worked as an Architectural Designer on large biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing projects. Acted as a Design Coordinator for a team of designers completing a complex renovation project to update the client's facility to current FDA compliance on a tight schedule and within a strict budget. Worked under the direct supervision of the Cincinnati office's Manager of Architecture. Completed multiple Master Planning scenarios for the active projects and future initiatives within the same facility, incorporating very complex functional requirements for diverse manufacturing operations and equipment replacement cycles.
